This company has imported sets of advanced equipment from Japan, Germany and Taiwan,especially the fully automatic computer color mixing and coating equipment as well as the latest Japan NC computer carving machine. All wooden materials are conducted with high-temperature boiling, infrared sterilization, hot water discoloring, degreasing and high-pressure finalization, thus the products are mothproof with finalized shape and color. To prevent the products from being unglued or surface shelling, this company has discarded the traditional manual low-temperature gluing with white latex, while the top Japan Oshinka toluene-free environment-friendly latex is applied. With imported hot press and under the pressure of above 280 tons, the high-temperature hot steam pressure is taken.
